1. Crispy Pata
The beloved Crispy Pata. Family gatherings and friends’ reunions are not the same without some good old crispy pata and rice (or beer!). Lovingly prepared overnight and deep fried until golden brown to achieve the perfect flavour.
2. Beef Kare Kare (Small)
Kare-kare is a Philippine stew/curry complemented with a thick savoury peanut sauce. Derived from the word “Kare” which means curry, Kare-Kare translates to curd and curry in peanut sauce. Our dish is a combination of beef shanks and beef tripe with a hefty portion of blanched leafy vegetables, beans and egg plants. Best paired with spicy shrimp paste.
3. Pancit Bihon (Small)
You don’t need to have a special occasion to have some pancit bihon. Staple food, next to rice, this Asian deep-fried noodle dish comes with a twist as broccoli and squid balls are added in the dish.
